Bed Bugs
The common bed bug (Cimex lectularius L) is the species most closely associated with man in urban situations. Several other related species such as the Tropical bed bug [Cimex hemipterus (F.)] and the Eastern bat bug (Cimex adjunctus Barber) occasionally attack humans as well as bats and poultry.
